Charlie Black
Charlie is an engaging storyteller who artfully distills insights gained from a purpose driven life having experienced the best and worst of humanity. He is a passionate lifelong learner and eternal optimist who values people over technology. He co-founded and is a managing partner for Xundis Global a niche consultancy that partners with commercial, government and private clients to successfully confront incessant change. For nearly 26 years as a U.S. Marine served in every clime and place, from the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula, the frozen mountains of the Hindu Kush, to the sweltering jungles of central Africa and the Pacific rim. In the past decade he has also explored the non-profit and business sectors, supported government sponsored R&D, and contributed to academia. He travels globally and speaks frequently on global complexity, human futures in the age of technology, and leadership as culture making.
